3. I need my cards as soon as possible. Do you take rush orders?
Yes. In case the customer needs to receive the invitations sooner than the regular delivery time, we will try our best to accommodate your schedule.After reviewing the details of your order, we will let you know whether it can be completed within your requested time frame. And we will charge an extra $20 as the rush fee, please email us([email protected]) to pay for the rush fee.
4. Can you ship to a P.O. BOX or APO/FPO address?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to any P.O. Box addresses. We require all customers please to provide us with a physical address so that we can ensure your products will reach you safely.5.What shipping methods do you use?
We ship all items by UPS/FedEx/DHL/SF International Express to customers all over the world.FedEx & DHL cannot guarantee express deliveries at this time due to COVID-19. Rush printing and expedited shipping fees will not be refunded in the event of a delivery delay.
